The objects transferred to ArtDiplomatic.com for sale are not assured against for any misfortune that could happen (theft, larceny, loss, inundation, fire etc), will be at owners-sellers own risk.
ArtDiplomatic.com offers an insurance policy at the disposal of the assignor-sellers of which cost will charge in the invoice separately at the moment of liquidation of the sold pieces.
The seller-depositor can send us an e-mail witch the following information: Identification of the articles, name of the artist in that case, number and date of invoice etc, and one of our experts will contact with you.
Previous study of the committee of experts and valuation we will inform you about the most suitable price of the article,
considering the possible variation of the value from the moment of its purchase, check the state of conservation and catalogue to include in the website,

Agreement with the owner, ArtDiplomatic.com sfix the price

Supposing that the reproduction bears some payment of intellectual rights, the amount of these rights will be deducted from the liquidation to the depositor-seller.
The depositor-seller can not take back unilaterally any piece handed over to

once the depositor-seller signed the contract of assignment of articles for sale, till fulfilment of the time agreed.
In case contrary, ArtDiplomatic.com
will have right to the brokerage agreed and in some cases to extra expenses which could be incurred in the commercialisation of
the articles.
The liquidation to assignor-sellers by ArtDiplomatic.com for the sold articles will carry out starting from 48 hours passed from the sale every time that the total amount of sale should be paid previously by the buyer.
Supposing claims by the buyer, who ask the cancellation of a sale dealing with a intentional counterfeit, and every time that
ArtDiplomatic.com
express that the claim is justified, the seller will permit ArtDiplomatic.com
to cancel the sale and return to the buyer the amount which ArtDiplomatic.com
has paid as concept of purchase of the articles in question.
When ArtDiplomatic.com remakes the
complete liquidation, the depositor-seller will repay to ArtDiplomatic.com
the amount of the cancelled sale with the expenses caused by that cancellation,
ArtDiplomatic.com will return
the article in question to the depositor-seller.
